Digital Smile Design

Digital Smile Design (DSD) plans your new smile on screen before any tooth is touched. Using photographs, video and intraoral scans, the software maps tooth proportions to your face and lip line, and a physical mock-up lets you preview and approve the result in your own mouth. It turns aesthetics from a leap of faith into a decision you sign off in advance.

Smile Makeover

A smile makeover is a coordinated plan that combines whatever your smile actually needs (veneers, crowns, whitening, gum reshaping or alignment) into one designed outcome. Rather than fixing teeth one by one, the whole visible smile is planned together for colour, shape and symmetry, typically completed within a single 5–7 day visit to Istanbul.

Hollywood Smile

The Hollywood Smile is a full-set transformation, usually 16–20 E-max veneers or crowns designed digitally for a bright, symmetrical, camera-ready result. Shade and shape are tailored to your face, from natural pearl to statement white, and the design is previewed before treatment. Completed in 5–7 days with a written guarantee.

Zirconium Crowns

Zirconium (zirconia) crowns are milled from a single ceramic block for exceptional strength with no metal core, so there is no grey line at the gum and no metal allergy risk. Modern multi-layer zirconia mimics natural translucency closely, making it the workhorse choice for back teeth, bridges and full-arch work alike.

E-Max Crowns

E-max crowns are pressed from lithium-disilicate glass-ceramic, the most light-transmitting material in modern dentistry. They are the first choice for front teeth where you want a crown that is genuinely indistinguishable from enamel. Slightly less robust than zirconia, so we reserve them for the smile zone where optics matter most.

E-Max Veneers

E-max veneers are ultra-thin (0.3–0.7 mm) porcelain shells bonded to the front of your teeth with minimal or no drilling. They correct colour, small gaps, chips and mild misalignment while preserving your natural tooth underneath: the modern, conservative route to a dramatically improved smile that still looks like you.

Empress Laminate Veneers

Empress laminates are pressed leucite-ceramic veneers prized for their delicate translucency and gentle light play. They suit patients seeking a soft, natural enhancement rather than a bold transformation, and require only minimal surface preparation. Your clinician will advise between Empress and E-max based on your enamel and bite.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are the classic smile-line restoration: thin ceramic facings that resurface stained, worn or uneven front teeth. Custom-layered by a master technician and bonded permanently, they resist staining far better than natural enamel and typically serve 10–15 years with routine care.

Teeth Whitening

Professional in-clinic whitening uses a dentist-supervised peroxide gel, activated by laser or LED light, to lift your natural teeth by up to eight shades in a single session, safely and without damaging enamel. Ideal on its own, or before veneer work so new ceramics are matched to your brightest natural shade.

Gum Contouring

Gum contouring reshapes an uneven or low gumline with a soft-tissue laser, instantly changing how long and balanced your teeth appear. It is quick, precise and heals within days, often the single small change that makes an otherwise good smile look genuinely great, especially alongside veneers.

Pink Aesthetics

Pink aesthetics is the discipline of making the gums frame the smile as beautifully as the teeth fill it: correcting colour, thickness, symmetry and the way tissue meets each restoration. It is what separates a technically good result from one that photographs like natural, healthy anatomy.

Diastema Closure

A diastema is the gap between front teeth. Depending on its size and your bite, we close it with composite bonding in a single visit, or with slim veneers for a permanent, stain-proof result. The design is planned so proportions stay natural, closing the gap without making the teeth look wide.

Tooth Reshaping

Tooth reshaping (enameloplasty) smooths small irregularities (uneven edges, minor points and length mismatches) by polishing fractions of a millimetre of enamel. It is painless, immediate and often combined with bonding or whitening as the finishing touch of a smile plan.

Full Smile Rehabilitation

Full smile rehabilitation rebuilds the entire visible smile where wear, erosion or old dentistry has taken its toll, combining crowns, veneers, gum work and bite correction in one engineered plan. The goal is not just beauty but restored function: teeth that meet correctly and are built to last.

Dental Implants

15 treatments
Single Dental Implant

A single implant replaces one missing tooth with a titanium root and a custom crown, no drilling of healthy neighbours, no removable parts. Placed under local anaesthetic in under an hour, it fuses with your bone over 2–4 months before the final crown is fitted, then functions like your own tooth for decades.

Multiple Dental Implants

When several teeth are missing, strategically placed implants can carry crowns or bridges without touching the healthy teeth around them. Fewer implants than missing teeth are often needed, two implants can support a three-tooth bridge, making this both the most conservative and most economical fixed solution for larger gaps.

Full Mouth Dental Implants

Full-mouth implant treatment restores both jaws with fixed, non-removable teeth, typically 4–8 implants per jaw supporting complete bridges. It is the definitive answer for failing dentitions and long-term denture wearers, planned in 3D and usually delivered across two visits to Istanbul.

Immediate Dental Implant

An immediate implant is placed into the socket at the same appointment the failing tooth is removed: one surgery instead of two, and no months with a gap. It requires healthy surrounding bone and infection control, which your CT scan confirms; where conditions allow, it meaningfully shortens the whole journey.

Same-Day Dental Implant

Same-day protocols combine extraction, implant placement and a fixed temporary crown in a single visit for suitable cases. You walk in with a failing tooth and out with a fixed one. The definitive crown still follows after healing. Biology is respected, only the waiting with a gap is eliminated.

Immediate Loading Implant

Immediate loading means attaching a temporary crown or bridge to implants right after placement instead of waiting months. It demands excellent primary stability, measured at surgery, and careful bite control. Where indicated it transforms the experience: fixed teeth from day one while integration completes underneath.

Computer Guided Implant Surgery

Your CT scan and digital plan are converted into a 3D-printed surgical guide that fits over your teeth and steers each implant to its exact planned position and depth. The result: smaller incisions, shorter surgery, safer margins from nerves and sinuses, and implant positions engineered for the final teeth rather than improvised.

Guided Implant Surgery

Guided surgery is precision implantology: every implant is placed through a template generated from your 3D plan, so what was decided on screen is exactly what happens in your jaw. Especially valuable in full-arch cases and near anatomical landmarks, it makes excellent outcomes systematic instead of dependent on freehand skill alone.

Titanium Dental Implants

Titanium has been the gold standard implant material for over half a century: biocompatible, exceptionally strong, and proven by millions of cases with 95%+ ten-year survival. Our partner clinics use documented brands (Straumann, Nobel Biocare, MIS) so every fixture in your jaw is traceable and serviceable worldwide.

Zirconia Dental Implants

Zirconia implants offer a metal-free, white ceramic alternative for patients with proven titanium sensitivity or strict holistic preferences. They avoid any grey show-through in thin gums. The evidence base is younger than titanium and indications are narrower, so honest case selection matters. We will tell you plainly if you are better served by titanium.

Implant Supported Bridge

An implant-supported bridge replaces several missing teeth on two or more implants, no clasps, no plates, and crucially no grinding of healthy neighbouring teeth as a conventional bridge requires. Fixed in place and cleaned much like natural teeth, it is the standard solution for multi-tooth gaps.

Implant Supported Crown

The implant-supported crown is the complete single-tooth solution: a titanium root, a connecting abutment and a zirconia or E-max crown, engineered as one unit. It transmits chewing force into bone the way a natural root does, which is why patients routinely forget which tooth is the implant.

Implant Supported Denture

An implant-retained denture clips onto two to four implants, converting a loose, floating denture into one that snaps firmly into place. Chewing power multiplies, sore spots disappear, and confidence returns. At a fraction of the cost of fully fixed teeth. It remains removable for easy cleaning.

Titanium Hybrid Prosthesis

A titanium hybrid is a full-arch prosthesis built on a precision-milled titanium bar that is screwed to your implants, with acrylic or composite teeth mounted on top. The bar gives rigid, passive strength; the tooth layer stays light and repairable. A proven workhorse design for full-mouth implant cases.

Zirconia Hybrid Prosthesis

The zirconia hybrid mounts a milled full-contour zirconia arch on the implant framework: the most stain-resistant, hygienic and natural-looking full-arch option available. It resists wear dramatically better than acrylic teeth, making it the premium long-term choice where bite forces and expectations are high.

Full Arch Implant Solutions

7 treatments
All-on-4

All-on-4 restores an entire jaw on just four implants, with the back pair angled to harness the strongest available bone, often avoiding grafting entirely. A fixed temporary bridge is typically attached within a day or two of surgery, and the definitive zirconia arch follows after integration. The proven route from failing teeth to a fixed smile.

All-on-5

All-on-5 adds a fifth implant to the classic four, spreading load further and adding a margin of security in jaws with moderate bone or heavier bites. Your CT scan decides between four, five or six. The number is engineering, not marketing, and we plan it case by case.

All-on-6

All-on-6 supports the full arch on six implants for maximum stability, redundancy and even force distribution. Where bone volume allows, it is our preferred configuration for heavy grinders, larger jaws and patients prioritising the longest possible service life from their fixed teeth.

All-on-8

All-on-8 is the maximum-support configuration, eight implants per jaw, reserved for demanding full-mouth reconstructions, compromised bone quality distributed across the arch, or cases where segmented bridgework is preferred over a single structure. It offers unmatched redundancy: the failure of any single implant is a footnote, not a crisis.

Teeth in a Day

Teeth-in-a-Day delivers extractions, implant placement and a fixed temporary bridge within roughly 24 hours. You arrive with failing teeth and leave with a fixed smile. The definitive bridge is fitted after healing. It is real, routine and life-changing; what it is not is the final teeth on day one, and honest clinics say so.

Full Arch Restoration

Full arch restoration rebuilds one complete jaw, upper or lower, on implants with a fixed bridge, engineered from CT scan to final zirconia as one project. Ideal when one jaw has failed while the other remains healthy, and commonly completed across two visits to Istanbul.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation

Full mouth rehabilitation is the complete reconstruction of both jaws: implants, bite height, aesthetics and function designed together rather than jaw by jaw. It is the most transformative treatment in dentistry, taking patients from years of dental misery to a stable, fixed, natural-looking result with a written long-term guarantee.

Restorative Dentistry

15 treatments
Zirconium Crown

The zirconium crown restores a damaged, cracked or root-treated tooth with a metal-free cap milled to digital precision. Strong enough for molars, aesthetic enough for most smiles, and kind to opposing teeth. It has become the default crown of modern dentistry, typically lasting 10–15+ years.

E-Max Crown

The E-max crown brings maximum ceramic aesthetics to single-tooth restoration: glass-ceramic that handles light like enamel, bonded rather than merely cemented. We specify it for front teeth and premolars where the crown must vanish among its neighbours.

Porcelain Crown

The porcelain crown is the time-honoured full-coverage restoration for worn, broken or heavily filled teeth. In modern practice it is layered over zirconia or pressed as full ceramic, never the dark-margin metal designs of past decades, restoring strength and appearance in one.

Full Ceramic Crown

A full ceramic crown contains no metal at any layer, just biocompatible zirconia or lithium disilicate through and through. That means natural light transmission, zero gum-line shadow ever, and complete freedom from metal sensitivities. The standard we fit unless there is a specific reason not to.

Laminate Veneers

Laminate veneers resurface the visible face of a tooth with a thin bonded ceramic layer, correcting colour, shape and minor position while conserving nearly all natural structure. The conservative philosophy matters: enamel preserved today is options preserved for decades.

Metal-Free Crown

The metal-free crown category covers zirconia, E-max and full-ceramic designs, everything modern crowns should be: strong, biocompatible and optically natural. If you have old metal-based crowns showing grey at the gum, replacing them metal-free is one of the most satisfying upgrades in dentistry.

Dental Bridges

A dental bridge closes a gap by anchoring replacement teeth to crowned neighbours or to implants: fixed, immediate and reliable. Where healthy teeth would need grinding to serve as anchors, we will honestly discuss whether an implant preserves more of your mouth long-term.

Maryland Bridge

The Maryland bridge bonds a replacement tooth to the backs of its neighbours with slim ceramic wings, no drilling, no implants, fully reversible. Best suited to front teeth with modest bite loads, it is an elegant conservative option, particularly for younger patients awaiting an implant.

Composite Fillings

Composite fillings restore cavities with tooth-coloured resin, bonded in layers and sculpted to your anatomy in a single visit. Colour-matched to be invisible and requiring less drilling than old amalgam, they are the everyday backbone of conservative dentistry.

White Fillings

White fillings replace conspicuous grey amalgam with modern bonded resin that strengthens rather than wedges the tooth. Swapping old metal fillings, especially in teeth that show when you laugh, is a small, inexpensive change with an outsized cosmetic payoff.

Inlay

An inlay is a lab-made ceramic filling for cavities too large for direct composite but not needing a crown. Milled to a precise fit and bonded into the tooth, it restores the biting surface with the durability of ceramic and none of the over-cutting a crown would need.

Onlay

An onlay extends the inlay concept to cover one or more damaged cusps, rebuilding the biting corner of a tooth while leaving healthy walls untouched. It is the structurally smart middle path between a filling that would fail and a crown that would sacrifice sound enamel.

Overlay

An overlay caps the entire biting surface in bonded ceramic while preserving the natural walls of the tooth: protection comparable to a crown at a fraction of the biological cost. Ideal for worn or cracked back teeth, especially in grinders being rebuilt to a corrected bite.

Tooth Reconstruction

Tooth reconstruction rescues severely broken-down teeth using fibre posts, core build-ups and full ceramic coverage, often after root canal treatment. Where a tooth can be credibly saved, rebuilding it almost always beats extraction; where it cannot, we say so and plan the implant properly.

Broken Tooth Repair

Chips and fractures are repaired the same trip: small edges with invisible bonded composite, larger breaks with onlays or crowns, and trauma cases with urgent assessment of the nerve. Repair the break early: an untreated fracture line propagates, and with it the price of fixing it.

Endodontics

4 treatments
Root Canal Treatment

Root canal treatment removes infected nerve tissue, disinfects the canal system and seals it, eliminating pain while saving the natural tooth. With modern rotary instruments and anaesthesia it is comparable to having a filling, and the treated tooth, properly crowned, serves for decades.

Root Canal Retreatment

When an old root canal fails (persistent infection, missed canals, leaking fillings) retreatment reopens, re-cleans and re-seals the system to rescue the tooth a second time. It is technically demanding work, and success depends on magnification, patience and honest case assessment.

Microscope Root Canal

Under an operating microscope at up to 25× magnification, the clinician can find hidden canals, navigate calcified anatomy and remove broken instruments that are invisible to the naked eye. For complex molars and retreatments, magnification is frequently the difference between saving and losing the tooth.

Apicoectomy

An apicoectomy is minor surgery that removes a persistent infection at the root tip, together with the last few millimetres of root, and seals the canal from below. It is the final tooth-saving option when conventional root canal routes are exhausted, performed in under an hour with quick recovery.

Oral Surgery

11 treatments
Tooth Extraction

When a tooth is truly beyond saving, extraction is performed gently under complete anaesthesia, with atraumatic technique that protects the surrounding bone for a future implant. Every extraction plan should answer the next question too: what replaces the tooth, and when.

Surgical Tooth Extraction

Broken-at-the-gum, curved-rooted and impacted teeth require surgical extraction: a small access flap, sectioning of the tooth and controlled removal. It sounds worse than it feels. The approach is chosen precisely because it is gentler on you and the bone than forcing an intact removal.

Wisdom Tooth Removal

Problematic third molars (impacted, infected, trapping food or pressuring neighbours) are removed safely with 3D planning where roots approach the nerve canal. Removing a troublesome wisdom tooth before it causes damage is far easier than repairing the damage afterwards.

Bone Grafting

Bone grafting rebuilds jaw volume that shrinks after tooth loss, creating a stable foundation where implants would otherwise be impossible. Materials range from your own bone to documented biomaterials, integrated over a few months of healing. It is the enabling procedure behind many "impossible" implant cases.

Bone Regeneration

Guided bone regeneration uses membranes and graft materials to direct your body into regrowing bone exactly where it is needed, around implants, over defects, along resorbed ridges. Predictable, well-documented biology that expands who can be treated with fixed teeth.

Sinus Lift

In the upper back jaw, the sinus often sits too close for implant placement after years without teeth. A sinus lift gently raises the sinus membrane and grafts new bone beneath it, converting millimetres of height into a secure implant site. Routine at experienced clinics, transformative for candidacy.

Closed Sinus Lift

The closed (crestal) sinus lift raises the sinus floor through the implant channel itself, no side window, minimal swelling, and usually performed in the same session as implant placement. The choice when only a few millimetres of extra height are needed.

Open Sinus Lift

The open (lateral-window) sinus lift accesses the sinus through a small side opening to graft larger volumes of bone. The answer when the deficit is significant. Implants follow immediately or after months of maturation depending on remaining bone. A cornerstone technique of upper-jaw implantology.

Ridge Augmentation

When the jaw ridge has narrowed too much to house an implant, ridge augmentation rebuilds its width with graft material and membranes. It restores not just implant feasibility but natural-looking gum contours: foundations first, teeth second.

Socket Preservation

Placing graft material into the socket at the moment of extraction largely prevents the bone collapse that otherwise follows within months. It is a small, inexpensive step that keeps the site implant-ready: the cheapest insurance in implant dentistry.

PRF Therapy

PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) concentrates the healing factors from a small sample of your own blood into a membrane applied to surgical sites. It speeds soft-tissue healing, comforts extraction sockets and supports grafts: entirely autologous, with nothing artificial added.

Periodontology

8 treatments
Deep Cleaning

Professional deep cleaning removes the hardened tartar that daily brushing cannot touch, above and below the gumline, then polishes surfaces so plaque struggles to regain hold. It is the foundation of every other treatment: no ceramics succeed long-term over inflamed gums.

Scaling & Root Planing

Scaling and root planing is the definitive non-surgical treatment for gum disease: meticulous cleaning of root surfaces beneath the gum, smoothing them so tissue can reattach. Performed comfortably under local anaesthesia, it halts the majority of periodontitis cases without any surgery.

Gum Disease Treatment

Gum disease treatment is staged to the diagnosis: professional cleaning and home-care coaching for early disease, root planing for established pockets, surgery for the sites that resist. The disease that silently costs more teeth than decay is highly controllable, once it is actually treated.

Gingivitis Treatment

Gingivitis (bleeding, puffy gums) is the fully reversible first stage of gum disease. A professional clean plus corrected daily technique resolves it within weeks, before any permanent bone is lost. Treating it now is trivially easy; ignoring it is how periodontitis begins.

Periodontitis Treatment

Periodontitis attacks the bone anchoring your teeth and is the leading cause of adult tooth loss. Treatment arrests it: deep cleaning, targeted therapy, sometimes surgery, then a strict maintenance rhythm. Bone already lost does not regrow on its own, which is why acting at diagnosis, not at looseness, matters.

Gum Surgery

Where pockets persist after deep cleaning, minor gum surgery accesses and cleans root surfaces directly, reduces pocket depth and can regenerate lost support with grafts and membranes. Modern periodontal surgery is precise, comfortable and tooth-saving: a far cry from its reputation.

Crown Lengthening

Crown lengthening exposes more tooth structure by reshaping gum (and sometimes a sliver of bone): either to let a crown grip a broken-down tooth properly, or cosmetically to correct a gummy smile. Small procedure, decisive impact on both engineering and aesthetics.

Laser Gum Therapy

Soft-tissue lasers treat infected pockets, reshape tissue and manage inflammation with minimal bleeding and remarkably comfortable healing. Used alongside conventional periodontal care, laser therapy shortens recovery and improves the experience for anxious patients.

Functional Dentistry

5 treatments
TMJ Treatment

Clicking, locking or aching jaw joints (TMJ dysfunction) are assessed through bite analysis, muscle examination and imaging, then treated conservatively: splint therapy, bite adjustment, physiotherapy guidance. Most TMJ pain resolves without surgery, but not without a correct diagnosis first.

Bruxism Treatment

Bruxism, grinding and clenching, quietly flattens enamel, cracks fillings and destroys ceramics. Treatment combines a custom night guard, bite optimisation and follow-up. If you are investing in veneers or implants, managing bruxism is not optional; it is what protects the investment.

Night Guard

A custom night guard is a precision-fitted appliance that absorbs grinding forces while you sleep, sparing enamel, ceramics and jaw joints alike. Slim, comfortable and made from your digital scan: the least glamorous item in dentistry, and pound-for-pound the best value in it.

Bite Correction

Bite correction balances how your teeth meet, eliminating premature contacts and destructive interferences that cause chipping, sensitivity and muscle fatigue. Adjustments range from minutes of selective polishing to full rehabilitation of a collapsed bite: always measured, never guessed.

Occlusion Analysis

Digital occlusion analysis measures the timing and force of every tooth contact as you bite and slide, revealing overloads invisible to the eye. It informs everything from a single crown to full-mouth cases, because restorations that fit the camera but fight the bite do not last.
