How the two trips are spaced

Read the implant line carefully. £300 – £640 is the price of the implant fixture itself. The abutment and the crown that go on top of it are quoted separately, and the crown alone is £130 – £250. A restored single implant (fixture, abutment and crown together) therefore costs more than the first figure, and any comparison you make against a quote at home should be against that fuller number, not the fixture on its own.

Planning it around the year
Most people put the longer first trip in the shoulder season and the short second trip whenever suits them. Because the gap runs to several months, one of the two trips almost always falls outside the summer peak, which usually makes the stay cheaper.
Book the arrival so that surgery is not on the same day as a long flight if you can avoid it. The airport is close, twenty to thirty minutes to both the central districts and Lara outside the summer peak, but a placement appointment goes better on a slept night than on a landing day. The limits, stated plainly
Implants are not a same-week treatment. If a tooth still has to come out, or the bone needs grafting first, the healing gap gets longer, not shorter, and no honest plan can compress it.
A bridge or a partial denture treats the same gap without surgery and without the healing wait, so both belong in the conversation before you book anything.
