The commonest planning mistake is booking a holiday and fitting the dentistry into it. It works the other way. The appointment sequence has fixed points in it (a design approval, a laboratory stage, a final fit) and those points decide the shape of the week. Get the appointment dates, then book around them.
The second commonest mistake is a tight departure flight. Final fits move by a day more often than anyone would like, and a flight booked hard against the last appointment turns a small clinical delay into an expensive one. Leave a day.
Getting here
Antalya Airport (AYT) serves the whole region and is the only airport you need to think about. From the airport, both the central districts and Lara are roughly ten to fifteen kilometres: normally twenty to thirty minutes by road, noticeably longer during the summer peak and at weekends.
We do not publish flight schedules or fares. Routes to Antalya are strongly seasonal and any timetable printed here would be out of date within weeks, so check current routes and prices directly with the airline when you fix your dates. What is worth knowing is the pattern rather than the detail: direct services from across Europe are dense in the summer season and thin out considerably in winter, when a connection through Istanbul is often the practical route.

If your treatment involves surgery, the days immediately afterwards are worth thinking about honestly. Heat, sun and swelling do not combine well, and mid-summer is the least comfortable time to be recovering from implant placement. That is a comfort argument, not a clinical one, but it is a real one.
Central Antalya or Lara
Both areas are used, and both are within the same short distance of the airport. The practical difference is the setting rather than the standard: the central districts put you closer to the old town and everyday city life, while Lara is the beach-resort side of the city with the larger hotels. Where you are treated and where you stay are two separate decisions, and your plan will tell you which area each of them is in.

If any of these are unclear when you receive your plan, ask before you pay a deposit. A plan that cannot say plainly who is treating you is not a plan you should be acting on.
Practical points people ask about
Records. We ask for photographs only, no X-rays from home. Any imaging that is needed is taken at the clinic as part of the assessment.
Language. Coordination and appointments are supported in English, with interpreting arranged for other languages. Ask which language your appointments will actually run in before you travel rather than assuming it.
Payment. Ask who the payment recipient is for each part of the trip before you pay anything. The clinical fee and any travel services are separate, and they may not be charged by the same company.
Insurance. Ordinary travel insurance does not usually cover planned dental treatment abroad, and it will not cover a return trip for an adjustment. Read the policy rather than assuming, and ask the clinic what its own guarantee terms cover.
