The decision in one table
| What you are comparing | Istanbul | Antalya |
|---|---|---|
| Treatment prices | Identical: see the price list | |
| Who provides the treatment | Our own clinic operations | Approved partner clinic, named before you commit |
| Treatments coordinated | All, including full-arch and multidisciplinary | Implants, All-on-4, veneers, crowns, smile design |
| Airports | IST and SAW | AYT |
| Typical stay | 3–10 days, city centre | 5–10 days, coast or city |
| Travel style | Short trip, in and out | Longer stay, resort environment |
| Seasonality | Little: year-round schedules | Marked: summer peak, thinner winter routes |
| Follow-up while still in Turkey | Straightforward to add days | Straightforward, but around a season |
Choose by the case, not the city
The honest way to make this decision is to start from what the treatment needs and let the destination fall out of it. Four situations cover most enquiries.
You want a full arch replaced, or more than one discipline is involved. Plan it through Istanbul. That is where cases get reviewed across specialities and where our own operations sit, and it is what we will recommend whichever city you asked about.
You want crowns or veneers and you have a week. Either destination works. Antalya turns that week into a stay on the coast; Istanbul keeps it short and closer to a business trip. Neither changes the dentistry.
You are having implants and will need two trips. Think about the two trips separately. The first is the longer one and the one worth planning around the weather; the second is short. Because the gap runs several months, one of them is very likely to fall outside the summer peak whichever city you pick.
You are not sure what you need yet. Then do not choose a city at all. Send photographs, get the assessment, and pick the destination once you know what is actually being planned.
Prices, side by side
There is one column here rather than two, because a second column would print the same numbers again.
| Treatment | Istanbul and Antalya |
|---|---|
| Dental Implants | £300 – £640 |
| All-on-4 | £2,390 – £5,500 |
| Veneers | £215 – £260 |
| Zirconium Crowns | £130 – £250 |
| Hollywood Smile | £1,880 – £3,500 |
Read the implant line carefully. £300 – £640 is the price of the implant fixture itself. The abutment and the crown that go on top of it are quoted separately, and the crown alone is £130 – £250. A restored single implant (fixture, abutment and crown together) therefore costs more than the first figure, and any comparison you make against a quote at home should be against that fuller number, not the fixture on its own.
Prices are held in pounds sterling and shown here in pounds. They are our published list, collected 2026-08-12, and your own quotation is issued in writing by the treating clinic after an assessment.
What is genuinely different
Three things, and only three: who is treating you, how the year behaves, and how long you are likely to stay.
In Istanbul the clinical work sits inside our own operations. In Antalya it is carried out by an approved partner clinic and the clinic and the responsible dentist are confirmed to you in writing before you commit. That is a real difference in the arrangement, not a difference in the standard applied, and it is why the Antalya pages say it plainly on every one of them.
The second is the calendar. Istanbul is served year round and a January trip looks much like a June one. Antalya runs a Mediterranean season, so the same week costs and feels different depending on the month you pick.
The third is the stay itself. People who go to Istanbul mostly want to be home quickly. People who choose Antalya usually want the recovery days to happen somewhere they would not mind being anyway. Both are reasonable, and neither is a clinical argument.
Frequently asked questions
Which city is better for dental treatment?
Neither, clinically. The treatment prices are the same and both destinations work to the same written standards. The choice is about the length of the stay, the time of year and whether the case needs more than one discipline.
Is one of them cheaper?
Not for the dentistry. Our published prices are identical. The cost of staying differs by season and by city, and that is a travel cost rather than a treatment cost.
Can I start in one and finish in the other?
Not as a plan. Implant cases in particular should be finished by the clinic that placed the fixtures, because the components and the records sit with them. Ask before you assume it is possible.
How do I decide?
Start with the treatment, not the city. If it needs two trips with a healing gap, ask which destination suits each trip. If it is a single trip, ask what you want the week to look like.
