The short answer
All-on-4 in Antalya is £2,390 – £5,500 per arch on our published list: the same figure as Istanbul, because we price the treatment rather than the city. The trip is one long trip, then a short one, 7 to 10 days first and a shorter return after 3 to 6 months. The treating clinic is named to you before you commit.
Who treats you in Antalya
Treatment in Antalya is coordinated by DentistGuideTurkey through an approved partner clinic: the DentistGuideTurkey Partner Clinic, Antalya. Your treating clinic, the responsible dentist, what each party is answerable for and your final written quotation are all confirmed to you before you commit to treatment or pay anything towards it.
How the two trips are spaced
All-on-4 in Antalya is one long trip, then a short one. The first is 7 to 10 days and covers any remaining extractions, the four implants and a fixed provisional bridge fitted in the same trip. Then there is a gap of 3 to 6 months, because the provisional bridge is worn while the four implants integrate, and the definitive bridge is only made once they have. The second trip is shorter and covers impressions, a try-in and the definitive bridge.
You go home on a fixed provisional bridge, not without teeth. You eat softly on it for the healing period and come back for a shorter second trip.
The gap is biology, not scheduling. It cannot be bought down, and a plan that offers to remove it is worth asking hard questions about before anything else on it.

Prices are held in pounds sterling and shown here in pounds. They are our published list, collected 2026-08-12, and your own quotation is issued in writing by the treating clinic after an assessment.
The list prices a unit; the quotation prices your case. Those two numbers come apart when the unit count changes, when something has to be treated first, or when there is work under a tooth that only shows once it is opened: and each of those is quoted in writing before it is carried out, not added afterwards. The full Antalya price list has the other treatments.
Planning it around the year
The first trip is the long one, and it is the one worth planning around the weather. A week to ten days on the coast out of high summer is easier on someone who has just had surgery than the same week in August heat.
The first trip is long enough that where you stay matters more than how far it is from the airport. You will be going back and forth to the clinic across a week or more, so pick the stay for the journey you will repeat rather than for the one you make twice. The travel guide covers the airport, the transfer times and the seasons properly.
The limits, stated plainly
All-on-4 is a full-arch decision that cannot be undone. It usually means removing teeth that are still in the mouth, and the assessment has to be honest about whether those teeth could have been kept.
Where enough teeth are sound, individual implants or a bridge may treat the problem without clearing the arch. That comparison should happen before, not after.
None of this is a reason not to have the treatment. It is the set of things a plan should have addressed before you agree to it, and if your plan has not addressed them, that is the gap to close first. The all-on-4 treatment page goes through the clinical side properly: how it works, what the failure modes are and how long it lasts.
What happens after you fly home
You leave the first trip mid-treatment, which makes the follow-up during the gap part of the treatment rather than an afterthought. Ask, before you commit, what the guarantee terms cover, who pays for a return trip if an adjustment is needed, and what a dentist at home can do in the meantime. Our aftercare page sets out how that is handled here.
Treatment in Antalya is arranged through an approved partner clinic. The treating clinic and the responsible dentist are confirmed to you in writing before you commit.
